2016 Prism 24G very slow to fill fresh water tank

It takes well over an hour to fill the fresh water tank (30 gals - my hose puts out about 4 gals per minute). The valve near the hose connection is turned to fill, not city. The valve by the tank itself under the stove is turned on. The hot water tank fills quickly and the HW bypass is closed. I can hear water running in the blue pex and opening the low point drains water drains out. Turning on the water pump with the low point drains open drains really fast!

What is the technique to remove the water panel on the outside of the rig? I seem to be unable to get the connection the hose fits into off as well as the flush connection. I don't think it is a venting problem as the tank does not swell and I have no water pressure unless the pump is on (with the fill valve set to fill). With the fill valve set to city, I have pressure as expected.

Any other ideas of things to check would be appreciated.

What factory idiot installed this hose like this under the shower? There can be no excuse! Now I have to spend $40 or so to buy the crimp tool to fix this. And why didn't the dealer figure out there was a problem when they did their inspection? (perhaps I shouldn't assume it was inspected.) Lost of construction crap there also.

Update - the blue upright pex pipe rotated CW to floor, lengthening out the white kinked hose and now it fills fine. Love an easy, free fix!
