2017 Forester 2401w step problem

I know this has been discussed before but I can't find the specific info I need. The step assembly, Kwikee I assume, on my 2401w makes this horrible sound and needs help when going in and out. I think it's the gears that are the problem. There's many youtube videos out there ... and it doesn't look complicated to repair. However, to replace the part(s) I'll need to have the step unit part number. Any have experience with this?
