On our 2012 Solera S, the fresh tank drain is via a valve accessed through a black “door” on the back panel of the large exterior storage compartment (last compartment on the passenger side). If I remove the “door” the valve is in a pex pipe somewhat below the opening. With the 1/4 turn valve open, the fresh water drains through the spare tire.

On mine, located in the rear passenger side a few inches in from bumper. On the underside, unscrew the white plastic port cover and you will see the drain lines tuck
ed inside that cavity.

Fresh Water Drain Valve

In my 2401R, drain valve is located next to my water pump. It's connected to the blue plastic pipe which extends through the floor board.

Same with my 2016 2401R, there's a valve inside the compartment with the water pump.
