Bedside Shelves - S Floorplan Rear Bed

Made a couple of simple, small bedside shelves to hold a few various items. My wife and daughter use this bed so they like their little alarm clock, a place to set a cell phone (while charging in the ports overhead), lip cream and whatever else. Real simple, piece of nice plywood cut to size, routed leading edge and wood stain. They are both attached with VHB tape.

What is VHB tape?

Double sided very high bond adhesive foam tape, a product from 3M. Some people have used it to install solar panels (not me).

Nice idea. Clever location! Might need a front lip or small bar to keep things from falling out in transit (if used in transit). Thanks for posting!

Good idea. This model should come with a shelf. I added a folding cup holder near the bed. It's also useful for my cel phone.
