Cable connection / Cable

When connected to cable at the campground, our 32" has a perfect picture. The rear by the bed is very snowy barely visible. This has been the case on the 3 times we have had a connection at 3 different places.

I have checked connection on the back of the tv and it is good.

Does anyone know where the coax cable splitter is? I suspect the problem is there. Or let me know if you have any other ideas.

Thanks.

Update is this the "splitter" on back of white plate? Also is that a "cigarette" type power port?

No, that is not a splitter. Google "coax splitter" and get a picture of what you are looking for. That appears to be the panel for turning your over the air antenna booster on/off. Yes a 12 volt receptacle but don't know where the fuse (power source) is located for it. I don't know where your splitter is located in your unit.

I found the product sheet on the item pictured. It says it shouldn't be used with an amplified antenna which mine is installed that way..

I know what a conventional coax splitter looks like just don't know where else to look for it. Thought someone out here may know. Hopefully!

Thanks.

Update to my rear tv snowy problem - it only does it for cable tv feed. It seems to get the antenna feed perfect.

Found the product manual online to the amplified coax plate in the picture. It is a coax splitter as well. I suspect the second feed from this splitter goes to the coax outside by the side door. So it still leads me to believe there is another splitter to feed the rear tv.

I hope someone with the company is aware of its location. There is not a panel I have not removed so I am very curious where it is.

Do you have a source selector box for the type of input (cable/ant/sat etc.) to the TV's?

Is the rear tv set for cable when you try to use it that way?

Thanks for the suggestions. Input is right, I ran channel scan, it saw all the channels they are just very snowy. Tv works great on antenna air which makes me think the coax line is okay.

The screen looks the same way it appears if the coax plate is turned on tv up front.

I took the back coax plate off this morning and checked it seems like a tight connection.

I really think this will turn out to be something simple. Hopefully someone has experienced the same issue and knows the fix.
