PLEASE help! If the brakes on your Sprinter are soft/spongy or there is difficulty in stopping, go to Home | Safercar -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to register a complaint!
There are MANY folks with this problem--and NHTSA will pay attention if there are enough squeaky wheels. PLEASE be short and concise when registering a complaint--soft, spongy and unsafe brakes.

It only takes a couple minutes and could save your life.

I filled out the complaint form at the NHTSA and when I printed out the form with my number the form lists a completely different person, vehicle and problem. Anyone filling be sure to print out your form to be sure the system worked correctly.
