Dometic Refrigerator Parts....can't find my model

I turned my RV back to the dealer for warranty work, including missing one of the freezer door trays (there was only one, and space for two). It came back with a note from the dealer that the warranty people said it only comes with one freezer door shelf. Seems odd to me. So I figured I'll just order another shelf. I looked in the manual that came with the refrigerator for a parts list (no parts list included), and a detailed Internet search, with no avail. My refrigerator is model DM2652RBX, a two door model. When I looked I found the DM2652 easy enough, but the freezer door is not like that one. My door shelf is approximately 18" wide without a division, whereas the ones I found are divided in two.

Your best bet is to call Dometic and give them the model number and see how much one is.

Would one of the trays from the fridge part fit the freezer door? If so you could just order one of those.

And no, the door has different sized shelves (thought about that too!)....

Inside the refer there is a tag with model and serial number.
