Electrical question on MBS 2401R

Hi,
I'm having real bad static problem on all my radio. Do you think by looking at that pictures, those cables in rack are ground cables? If they are then they are not attached to chassis just to the cabinet.

Thanks

That appears to be a ground buss. It is grounded by the heavy white wire going into the distribution panel. It is simply mounted to the cabinet hold it in place, not to ground to the RV chassis. Most likely the other heavy cable goes to the chassis, grounding it to the distribution panel.

Sorry, can't help you much there. Do check that all screws are tight on the ground buss.

I would say bad ignition wires cause radio static but that would be laughable given that the MBS is a diesel

Possibly poor grounding of the radio antenna on the roof?

Inexpensive LED lights often give off RF interference.

You might need to add a ground loop filter similar to this. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-iQk3MJ...IaAsZ0EALw_wcB

I work at a car dealer and had a customer complaining of his radio would shut off briefly when he mashed the brakes, sure enough it did it and I found aftermarket led brake light bulbs installed, replaced with correct bulbs and problem resolved, remove your bulbs if you replaced them, interference

All the ground wires in my ceiling lights are red with a black tracer just as the one in the photo.

There is no rhyme or reason to R/V wiring.
