Although I don't now have access to my rv, I am told the passenger seat tail light is out. The person told me it’s a "sealed LED light" and they would have to order a new one from Forest River and replace.
Really? The tail lights on a 2401w are proprietary, not an "off the shelf" item?

I ordered one online some time ago. Took the manufacturer of the light . Easy to find. Also do a search for RV tail lights. Not proprietary at all

You might want to check that you have power to the inoperable light assembly.
check with manufacturer...can probably get them direct...just call if "Command" brand...worked for me. Just be sure to apply sealer as recommended to keep moisture out...that was the reason for the failure of mine.
Replaced last week with a command light assembly. Ordered directly from Command website. Sealed both lights with RTV,and sealed the center light lens as well with silicone grease on its gasket.

I assume you mean the one on the right. It's LED - doubt it's "burnt out"
