I have not seen your model. I have found that most players have a pin hole that looks like a paper clip would fit in it. The paper clip is what I have used to manually eject a CD when stuck.

found reset location and put paper clip in, punched, held etc. Did nothing
I do not want you to break anything. Without power and pushing the paper clip in, did you push it in deep? I am cautious here as I do not know about your unit and do not want you to damage anything. No manual, online or anything?
I am sure another member will come along and speak to this from experience.

Does it come with a remote? If so try that then follow Kickins advice.
My Concertone had this problem for over a year. Had to get a step stool, use surgical tweezers to try and fish the DVDs out. Sometimes I just wanted to punch the danged thing. Then it finally died.
Was considering the Furrion 1100 as a replacement. I don't want to trade one PIA for another.
