My generator in our 2012 Solera cranks when the house power switch is turned "off", so the cranking power comes before the house power switch - and therefore before the fuses in the distribution panel.
I would first try the switches to prime and crank the generator that are on the generator itself. If it works at the generator, problem would be between the generator and the internal controls.
If no success with the on-generator controls, I would look in the battery control center - on the side of the steps. Seems like several devices which get their power before the house switch are connected through the bcc.
