ISATA range vent 24 FWS

Maybe I haven't found the switch , and there is a built in, on this fancy rig.

But has anyone suggestions for adding a range vent?

Pretty sure that there is a vent and switch. You sure that there is nothing over the stove on the hood? Do you have an outdoes vent that stays close and is manually open and closed? Isata is pretty vance and maybe they have some elaborate link between the outside vent being open and inside vent??

A range vent would be nice. We open the kitchen window a little and turn on the ceiling exhaust fan and get by okay.

You bet,,,, the DW fries something and the alarm screams.

At least we know it works.

I also temporarily pull the battery out of the smoke alarm because I am standing right there.

I have I5. Iím going to assume we have the same microwave/ convection oven. There is a vent fan but it just recirculates the air verses venting outside.
On an old MH it had a hood over the stove with a vent fan with outside exhaust.
I donít see how one could be installed due to space available below the micro and you would have to cut a hole in the wall to vent outside.
With respect to frying food odors, I bought an air fryer at Costco and experimenting with different foods. Still get some food odor but it can be used outside. Plan to use this when snow-birding this winter.
