Jensen Dash Stereo System MBS Chassis

Has anybody had the audio sound cut out completely then back in every few minutes? Not power in and out, only all audio from in dash unit and all audio even if aux hookups.

Mine does and I have seen others mention on the forum. It's annoying.

Try searching the menus to turn off the nav system "voice". On ours, you really cannot shut the nav system down, and whenever the voice wants to chime in, even with its volume turned down and listening to a cd or the radio, the audio cuts out. Also, I found the nav system worked better with the voice off.

You are not alone on this issue
Have the same system had the same issue
I tried the manual and felt stupid as I did not understand
I called the folks when I was in my unit and they walked me through it
I no longer have the cut out
Call ASA at 5742643135 and they can walk you through it
Sorry I can not remember what they did but they were great and now of the issue
Good luck

The only way I have found to shut down the nav when we do not want to use it is to delete the route. Otherwise it keeps trying to route you back to your last destination. It also stops some of the warnings. So of the one like speed limit and school zone you can just turn off in the settings.

Jensen Dash Stereo System MBS Chassis

On Our last trip from Mass back to Florida we set a single route thinking that we could just continue on after stopping for the night. Then we started to get "Out of memory" errors. Then the menu button quit functioning and we had to turn off the system and turn it back on to get from radio or aux back to nav. We deleted the long route and a couple of other prior destinations and the problem went away. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way to correct it?

My radio cuts in and out on my 2016 Forester MDS. Also, one time it cut out for some time before the audio came back. I brought it to the dealer and they could not find anything. It's hard to fix something when it doesn't do it in the shop. It would be great to find out what the problem is.

Jensen in-dash Nav

Brand new rig and I discovered I can't read anything in the GPS screen. My wife/copilot has to use a magnifier to read the writing. Is there a simple solution that we missed? Or go j need to spend $400 for the RV Garmin?
