Since my "W" is at a storage lot, with the paper manuals in it, having soft copies on my Galaxy tablet, and my Mac, is a bit more convenient to "grab".
Both paper and soft copies have their advantages but I suspect paper manuals are on their way out. Since I can have both, at least now, I see no reason not to enjoy all the advantages of both formats.
Jump drives die or get lost way too often. The "jump drive" should be backed up with an easily accessible, down loadable copy on your website. Being able to download a self extracting zip file of all my RV's info would be great customer service! And it would allow you to provide owners with the most recent documentation easily, quickly, and very inexpensively...
