MBS Onboard Computer Screens

Can anyone help decipher these screens? The owner's manual has many pages on the OBC for vehicles with buttons on the steering wheel, but almost no information about the screens for vehicles like ours without the steering wheel buttons. I could also find no information online about the meaning of the screens (which are quite different from the screens for vehicles with steering wheel buttons). Each line below is a separate screen. There are no trouble or error lights showing in the dash.

Finally . . . I have stumped the experts!

I learned the "reset .31" and "reset .51" are for resetting the service indicator to show that you used MB 229.31 or 229.51 qualified oil. "reset stop" is to undo a reset if you selected wrong. Reset service wrench is pretty obvious.

PS here's the oil spec with list of approved suppliers and very specific blends that qualify (e.g., Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 and 0W-40). (There are only 8 approved blends of 0W-40 in the world...) This is for 229.51 - other specs are available at the drop down just above the list.
