MBS open recall engine software update
While at the MB service center for another issue (discussed elsewhere), I was given an engine software update for Mercedes-Benz open recall number 2016020007. The service rep stated that I probably would not notice any difference, and I didn't.
This was on a 2016 Forest River 2401R which is built on a 2015 MBS Sprinter.
I believe this is a "soft" recall - we were not notified. The dealer is required to do it when the unit comes in for other service. I could find no information about this available online.
