On my recent visit to the I-State Truck Center in Blaine, MN (which is one of two authorized Sprint repair centers in the Twin Cities), the shop gave me a printout of the VMI sheet which they also called the warranty sheet. Everything listed on the sheet was included in the vehicle and is therefore covered by the MB three-year warranty.
I have circled several items I found to be interesting. (See "Attached Files")
Each of the option codes is fully described in this 2015 Sprinter Special Equipment Handbook. It's a tad long (369 pp.) so you can search through it for codes (such as X18) or key words (such as stabilizer).

Among other things, I learned there is supposed to be a hydraulic jack in the passenger's ("co-driver's") foot well. I also learned about the stiffened springs, reinforced axle, front stabilizer bar, and a few other goodies.
