Does anyone know how to reset the oil change/service A message on the 2017 Sprinter 3500 with steering wheel controls?

The only think I found different in our 2017 Sprinter is that I could not get these instructions to work until I started on the mileage screen, then pushed the "0" button and followed these instructions from there. Starting on the mileage screen was the key.
