Pine Tar removal?

We are stuck parking under a huge pine tree for the next 2 months.

The drippings from the tree are on the windshield as well as the coated with plastic Isata 3 paint hob.

Any harmless way to clean the plastic covered paint job?

PLEASE! What has worked , not what you guess might work!

TIA!

I use the Turtle Bug and Tar remover is it lists sap as one of its enemies. I spray it on and wash off with a light soap mixture and dry off with Turtle Spray and wax.

I have used denatured alcohol for a couple years now on both my tv and tt. Does not harm the finish. I just wax after removing the pitch.

Is your finish plastic film stuck on top of the paint?

I have the invisible plastic section on hold and it turns out good after using spray wax.

I have used old fashioned smelly Turpentine to remove pine sap from the
paint on my truck many times.
You can get it at a paint store or the paint section of a big box home supply store.
