Just finished replacing my upper propane regulator. The regulator was leaking at the vent. Very obvious leak as you could hear and feel the gas escaping.
Very easy to replace. For anyone that is a DIYer like myself I suggest you disconnect the hoses at the chassis connection before disconnecting from the regulator.
Picked up our new 2401W MBS and when the outdoor temp dropped below freezing the furnace shut off. Turned on the stove burner and then restarted the furnace. I watched as the flame on the stove almost went out. Must have been some oil or moisture in the regulator. Had it replaced and all is well.
