Regarding the "hubs" that are held on with Phillips head screws, do not mess with them, as they are part of the wheel cover and do not need to be removed. And if you have a problem with one of the dually tires, be sure the shop knows those hubs are part of the cover... I have had two different places start to take them off.

On my 2250LE the inner tire came with a valve extension that mounted in the hubcap. But the outer valve stem is all but inaccessible as it points in to the center and does not line up with a cutout in the rim. Going to have a local tire shop replace the valve stem with a stainless 180 degree on so I can mount my TPM.
