Replacement motor for rear stabilizer jacks

I'm trying to I'd the rear electric stabilizer jack's and replacement motor on my 2017 Forest River Sunseeker. The left stabilizer started tripping the circuit breaker and the motor was getting hot. I did lubricate both sides and made sure they weren't binding. I finally took the motor off and found that not only did it smell burnt, but pieces of the internal fan were falling out. I think it's a Lippert, but I don't have any brochures, nor labels on the mechanism.

The motor does have numbers on a label: "231000", "DC12V" and "No. 16070587", but that hasn't been of any help so far...

Any ideas?

EDIT: So I've been searching for info on these jack's and have found some info online. Seems they're called powered C Jack's by BAL Industries (item number 21100005). I still have to call for parts, but from what their installation instructions say they're NOT made for motorhome use. Go figure.

The instructions say it's for installation on travel and 5th wheel trailers. It doesn't say do not use, but not made for it....

I think I've resolved the sourcing issue. I called Norco and was told I could order it through Camping World. After a bit of hassle I got it done. Motor is like $67, shipping $30 (!!!!!); with taxes it came to $105 and change. Should be at the dealer next week.....

Why $105 in taxes on a $97 order? Seems a bit steep.

Hi Bob.....they ordered the motor on Thursday or Friday, and I had the motor on Monday....

The motor is quite easy to install if you have even minimal skills and tools....
