Schwintek slide problems.

So for the third time my front slide motor on my 24M has come loose and popped out of its mount. This time itís left me stuck in Texas. Now it has to be reinstalled, bolted down and retimed. Iím to old and busted up to do it. My self. I had to push the slide out by hand on the front. The back motor works fine. Iím just tired of this stuff with this slide mechanism.

The schwintek system is junk. I had this and first trip out it failed. The trailer was traded the next year, I pushed the slide in first trip and cleaned out our items and traded.

The best thing to do is get factory involved in repair. The system needs perfect alignment to work. One other thing the harness goes bad. They replaced mine, I ran the slides in and out and broke it again. They again replaced the harness and motors.

I had it at the factory where they built it. Took it there last year on the trip. My dealer did 6k worth of warranty work on the slide and Murphy bed. Still messed up.
