Slam latches on outside storage compartments

On the sticking Side Door issue: in addition to aligning the strike plate by loosening those 2 phillips-head screws, my screen door latch wasn't fully retracted when clipped to the side door. I needed to realign the black plastic screen door latch clip that's attached to the door by redrilling the 2 mounting screws a bit lower. NOW my side door opens super smoothly.

Thanks! Can't tell by the description are they metal or plastic? When you installed / replaced did they fit in the existing hole without cutting or modifying the door?

Metal....Direct replacement for those of you that already have'em....I didn't. I cut my own holes for the install

I agree on the Dry Lock or Dry Slide products to lube locks as WD-40 turns to gum over time that will make tumblers stick. Then you will need a spray solvent sprayed into it to clean out the goo. I believe you will be hard pressed to find a locksmith that recommends WD-40. I've asked before.

Ok, thanks. Just realized you don't have a MBS Chassis RV. Those are look larger than the cheap plastic ones on the MBS.
