I completed my first thre years with my Solera 24R. I am now out of warranty. I live in Maryland. That means that by law I am covered by California Emissions Warranty. My manual provided by MB states that my Fuel Filter is covered. True? Anyone with experience out there?

I would think the fuel filter warranty covers filter failure, not normal routine replacement.

I had my first one replaced at the dealer and they did not pay for it.

After reading milkejax reply I said, "duh". Of course, the filter is only covered against failure.
