Here is an update on my water pump problem, now fixed. Turned out to be a filter on the water pump itself. I've included a video someone shot. . .not the best quality, but you can see what the person is talking about.

Came off very easily and it was full of stuff.

That's exactly what my problem was also, except my filter was full of plastic shavings. I assume they came from either the manufacturing process of the water tank or from when they were drilling holes in the tank for sensors, etc. I should check it again. Great video!

That pump filter is also one thing that needs to be emptied if like me you use air to winterize your trailer. I have found on ours that even though the pump will be empty after running it out and opening the inlet/outlet piping the filter bowl will remain full of water. Since it is plastic it won't take much of a freeze for it to crack. It is also a good time to ensure the screen and bowl are clean for the next season.
