Where is my camera controller and what does it look like?

My left turn camera is not working. When it stopped working both the backup and the left turn were failing but almost immediately, the backup began working again but the left turn has not. I am suspecting a bad connection and am hunting for the multi-input box that must control the display but I can't find it. I have had the dash apart with the radio out but cannot see anything that looks like I would expect. I have looked in the area above the driver's side left foot but not there either. I have not removed the panel below the steering wheel or looked under the seat. Can anyone help? Maybe a photo or a description of what I am looking for?

Thanks.

Looks like this:

Should be very close to the steering column.

At some point during every day you suddenly realize nothing else productive is going to happen the rest of that day. For me, it usually occurs around 9 am.

Thanks very much. That is the kind of box I am looking for. Sounds like the plastic panel under the steering wheel is next.

Behind small panel above fuse box. One, maybe two screws hold the panel. Easy access.

Yup, it's on the left, to the left of, and a little above, the driver's left foot.

It is the most outboard panel. You have to remove the panel and the box is stuffed in an area with lots of wires.

Hooray! I found it. Thanks to everyone for the advice. I found that the problem follows the camera so something happened to the camera and I'll be looking for a replacement. Thanks again.
