38D12 Tour edition fresh water tank overflow drains tank if trailer leaning to the lef

Has anyone experienced the fresh water tank overflow draining the fresh water tank if the trailer is parked and low on the left side. This happens when I fill my trailer and then park it in the street at my house before I leave the trailer leans to the left in the fresh water tank will constantly running water out the Overflow. It will drain the tank more than halfway if you don't stop it. Anyone have any thoughts or tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
