We looked hard at both these units...
The 25v looks like a good deal.
I could get the 29v about three grand less.
-This is for prices around my location...

We ended up deciding on the 28v because of the bunk beds -no kids but storing stuff on the bunks works great. Make sure you get the patio system, its a great place to spend time after a long day and is worth every penny.

Welcome to the site and good luck.

Seems to be rule of thumb...never pay more than 75% of MSRP.

Dealers can have to a 40% mark up over invoice. Take the MSRP /(divide by) 1.40 and that should get you close to the dealer invoice. Start making offers from there.

Go to NADA.com and you can find the going values of a used RV.

Wow. I think I may be getting screwed. The dealer I've been trying to put financing through with wants $27,500 for the base Vengeance 25v. He made it seem like there was almost no profit left in it for him.

Ouch.

We wanted the 29v, but it had a genny and they wanted another $6k for it.

since you're doing a trade-in, you'll get screwed somehow.
