Control panel for auto level won't power up

I have a 2016 Vengeance Touring Edition 38L13. I parked it a few weeks ago without plugging in the power and the batteries ran down. After charging the batteries and plugging in the 50amp power, the control panel for the auto level jacks won't power on. The generator's starter won't turn over either. Anyone else ever have a similar problem or have any suggestions?

I would check the batteries to make sure the are charged to at least 12.6 volts. Sounds like they may be shot.

Batteries sound dead, when my batteries were low I would at least see a display and a low voltage message.

Batteries are good. 13.3 volts. Traced the wires from the control panel and found them chewed in two. Now I need to know where they are supposed to go Click image for larger version

You wouldn't happen to know where these 3 wires are connected would you?

Check the Lippert books sometimes they include a basic wiring diagram with color. Doubtful all three terminate on the battery. also check on line systems like yours.

Also dealt with something similar, wiring led from control station to Hyd pump skid. Pump, motor, valves, etc.

how close are you to a dealer? I had a lose wire and did not know where it went. went to a dealer who had the same model and he let me look at it to trace the wires. also, if these were chewed through can you find the other piece? if so just connect same color to same color.

If your batteries are measuring 13.3 volts you are not measuring your batteries. You are measuring your converter or charger. Batteries are 100% full at 12.7 volts...and you have to WAIT 24 hour with them disconnected (remove negative wire) before you can take that measurement on the disconnected battery at the terminals.
Good you found the issue with the panel...but if they were totally discharged you may STILL have battery damage and a loss of capacity.

I think the op reported he charged the batteries and connected to 50 amp shore power in post 1. Besides the damage to wires his large systems will not power up. Somewhere ( behind the battery.) or along the frame he has open CBs or fuses. It's really two separate problems and the control problem may solve both. Just an educated guess looks like re positive

I'm at my wits end with my wiring problem. Can anyone tell, or show, me where and how to access the hydraulic pump and manually bypass the electric controls to operate the lippert leveling jacks? I just want to get hooked up to the trailer and take it in for repairs

Not sure if too late but you would look for heavy battery cables high pressure hoses all leading to a pump/motor skid. Normally in basement comp. locate instruction book even on line. Near always method of hand operation
