Converter location

We are having an issue with our battery and think it's a converter issue but cant find it. Anyone know where it is located in the 38L12??

Since nobody has chimed in, I'm going to guess. If I were looking for it in my 40D12, I would try to remove the rear wall of the pass-through storage. That's a common spot.

But I'm not 100% sure.

Usually part of the the power distribution box that has the breakers and fuses.

Did you access the back side of it or pull the panel box. Its usually mounted to the back side?

Do you have an inverter?
Some rigs have a special section in the inverter to charge the battery(ies) and supply 12v when connected to shore power.

Yes, we pulled off all panels and no luck. But, someone else has suggested under the stairs. We are going to give that a try too..

We had problems with our converter and had to call out a technician. He took the panels off from the curbside (same side as doors) passthrough storage. Our converter was located there, roughly underneath the bed in the master bedroom above.

We actually found it in the area next to the stairs and under the toilet. Really awkward place, my husband had to remove the bottom two stairs to get the two screws in the rear and the whole area behind the power center area to get the front two screws. Should have been here for the lesson in new course words lol!!
