Stuck Grey Tank Drain Handle

MY front grey tank handle won't budge and the tank is 3/4 full. Anybody know where the dump valve is on the VGF381L12-6? Is see one valve just in front of the front door but there's a 3" pipe to it so I think that's the black tank. Everything else is covered up.

I can't give you the exact location but what you might do is go to the area that the tank services and pull some of the coroplast down and see if you can see the tank and valve.

I’ve got a similar issue...mine will move, but takes about 4 times the force as the others to do it. Dealership said they have had issues with these because of the angle that the cable is at makes it kink when moving. They ordered a new one, but not sure that is a long term fix.
