Things we learned since buying our 2017 23fb13 Toy Hauler:

The furnace stopped working after camping 2 days at high altitude. Blower would come on and stop. Removed the vent under the oven where the furnace duct box/manifold is. Took the cover off. Cleaned carbon/residue off the sensor (small can with wires going to it) and the furnace has worked ever since.

Found the fresh water tank overflow will work as a siphon and needs a valve. We ended up with no water on our 1st trip. Btw reverse the conical screen at fresh water fill connection to keep the valve open then you can fill with a funnel and a short hose...no pressure.

Winterizing: Dont install a water pump winterizing bypass valve/tube. The water pump is behind the outside fresh water fill box and to switch it you would have to pull the bulkhead out every time to access it. There is very little room for it and your hands. Don't add coolant to fresh water tank hoping to suck it up through the fresh water pump. 8 gallons and the pump never saw it. Lower the tongue all the way to drain back out of fresh tank. Blow out the system instead. The water heater bypass is under the bed. Remove panel and is just one valve. Gas cylinder has a clip at end of ball. Remove with small screwdriver to raise bed.

I would say to pull your fresh/city water hook up bulk head out by removing 8 screws and hand tighten every thumb screw hose connector you can find. Many were not tight and one was cross threaded and leaked (black tank flush ) You will have to re-silicone top edge where it meets the side of the camper once re-installed.

Gray tank valve is the one closest to the rear of the camper. Use a restrictor for the black tank flush connector at source end.

Once the benches are raised to allow the loading of the toys, 9 bolt studs are exposed sticking down for you to scrape your scalp on. Dab gasket rubber silicone over the ends in large amounts. Works wonders!!!

All are growing pain experiences. Have has alot of fun with this camper. And definitely don't regret buying it. We love it.

I forgot to mention there is a inline fuse ( 20a) in fresh water pump wiring right next to the pump.
