Has anybody used these or heard good or bad. My dealer carries these and will replace my 7 E rated tires with these before picking up. $1023.00 for all 7 tires and I keep the brand new used ones with about 400 miles on them.

Not those but if you want LR F ~~ my dealer will install Carlisle 235/85/R16 LR F 95 PSI for $104 each and make an offer on your OE tires. Carlisle has a good reputation and availability is better than many others.

Not sure about those. But something to think of if you want to stay around that price range is a set of Sailuns. They're G rated and have been getting really good reviews. Keystone Fuzions come with Sailuns now.

By the way. Make sure they put on high pressure metal valve stems.

And make sure your rims are rated for 110# psi. Even 80# psi should use metal valve stems.

I have about 6-8 weeks to figure it out before RV comes in but definitely will get metal valve stems. If I was in NC I'd come by for the Carlisle tires but I'm in PA.

Any tire dealer should be able to get Carlisle overnight from their wholesaler.

What's the gross weight of the camper they're going on?

I personally would only buy Maxxis m8008 for up to 12-13,000 lbs. Anything much over that and I'd be looking at the Sailun S637 or Goodyear G614.

I'm assuming they still come with the same wheel as mine. If so, they are rated to handle 110 psi and I "think" 3750 lbs.. Can't recall exactly the weight rating but the air pressure is good.

The booklet says 18,000 but it maybe up to 20-21,000 due to axle upgraded to 7K.
Here's the picture of the wheel. Do they already have metal valve stems, I didn't pay attention.

No. They only come with the standard rubber stems made to handle up to 80 psi. My jackleg dealership didn't tell the tire shop to do it after I reminded them a few days before pick-up. Then, of course, I forgot to check to make sure they were metal stems at the PDI.

When we got home (276 miles away), I discovered the screw up a few days afterwards. When I called them, they talked to the tire dealer who told them they were the rubber high pressure stems. NOT. My G rated tires only had about 70 psi in them and when I pumped them up to 95, you could wiggle the stem slightly and air would come out around the seal. They were about to bust.

I took the camper to a local heavy truck shop and had them remove each tire and install all new metal stems. Took about an hour.

High pressure metal stems are cheap. Maybe $5 or less per stem.

By the way. That's the same wheels as mine. On the back is stamped in small print the PSI rating and load rating.

Just FYI. My 40D12 with the golf cart, all our "stuff", and a full tank of generator fuel weighs maybe 18,000 lbs. or less. We really don't carry water.

I just wanted the G614s for the peace of mind and the speed rating.

We can't see the stems in that picture.

So I assume their are 3 axles? I'd likely go for Sailuns or Goodyear (G614 not Marathons).

I replaced all of my cheap C rated Chinese tires with Hercules E rated tires and they are made in the U.S.A.

YESi use them they are a GREAT TIRE . have used them on my TV with over 80,000 miles and now on my XLR th so far over 8000 mile on the TH with out issues with many miles to go

I found some s637 Sailun for great price but they have 235/80 and 235/85, should I stick with the factory size 80's or go with the taller size 85's which are the same specs other than 1 inch taller which also raises the trailer height. I figure the 235/80 will be little bit lighter, height will stay same plus little bit cheaper

My G614s are 235/85/16. The height isn't a problem. Plenty of clearance between tires, too. The angle of the ramp is probably a little steeper but the golf cart goes up there with no problem. It sits perfectly hooked up to the truck so all in all, I'm pretty happy with the set-up.
