We have to sell our Beautiful R Pod! It has been a fantastic addition to the family since 2013. We hope you will find it like home just as much as we did!
Everything works well and we have never had issues with any of the appliances/furnace/AC/Pump etc but the marine battery will need replaced.
The previous owner had some leaking on the back wall. There are still some bubbles in the Vinyl from before we bought it. We did have a small leak after a heavy deluge. Turned out to be a hole in the AC cover so we patched it with flex tape.

Some modifications have been made.
The cabinet over the bed has been removed kept hitting my head on it and replaced with a shelf. There are also shelves over the windows in the bed area.
