3 sets in the truck ready to take to UPS tomorrow. 4 sets as of right now need to be put in shipping tubes for UPS Thurs. Could be more after tonight. Shop closed for the day, we have company from IL and have to get ready to go out to eat.

14 sets ready for UPS pickup this afternoon. Ran out of plywood for end caps and have to make 18 more lower stow brackets, need more duct tape, aluminum strap, printer cartridges, so it is a trip to Lowes, Staples, Harbor Freight and of course as usual, TOWTA suggests Golden Corral on the way.

Hopefully will get the last 11 sets shipped by Fri so D&D can close the doors Fri. night for good. Thanks to everyone who ordered poles, etc. I truly hope none of you are disappointed. If there is anything wrong, PLEASE pm me and I will try my best to make it good one way or the other.

OldCoot.

I am just messing with you, my poles have wintered good so far, they are under the cover and looked good the last time that I was out there. I emptied the rain water out of them before winter!! Sorry if I scared you as I was just messing with you!!

OC,

We've only received ONE invoice so far. Did you send the second one?

(we're waiting to pay them both at the same time)

Got the first one at 7:30 central time.

Edit; never mind, I just saw your email, and responded.

Woohoo! Can't wait for 'em to get here OC!

When we were in TN a huge wind storm/rain came up and caught us away from the RV. Thankfully a soldier who was camping across from us took our American flag down and stored it, then watched our awning closely (made sure it was dumping the rain) until we returned, which was shortly after the storm hit.

One less thing to worry 'bout now!

Latest Status on Awning Pole Kits

As of right now, I have one more set of poles that have been paid for and the UPS label printed. It appears there are 3 complete sets and 1 set of poles only (I have brackets and can make a complete kit out of them), that folks have ask for but not responded to emails, posts, etc. I will hold them until Sat. 15Mar14 and Sun I will put all 4 sets up for sale. Already have one person wanting them.

p.s. Those that have received a notice from UPS do not need to respond to me by pm or email.

OK, TOWTA and I decided I've given enough notice and will not wait until Sun.

SO, I have 4 sets of Awning Pole Kits that can be shipped tomorrow if paid for before 12pm EDT. PM me if you are interested. 1st 4 will get them. D&D Chassis will close shop @ 5pm 14Mar14

Awning Pole Kits are All Gone

UPS just picked up the last 11 kits, so everyone should have them by mid to the last of next week.

Again, Thanks.

Thanks OC. Looks like mine should arrive Monday according to UPS tracking. We are pulling the TT out from behind the barn tonight so hopefully I can get them installed next week.

You've been a great source of information and ideas. Wishing you the best and hope you will still be around the forum for a long time.
