Dometic heat strip add on kit, kit comes with thermostat, control box and heat strip. Was installed for a couple of months. Works great.

How much and how is the install?

$70. Not bad to install. You do have to pull top cover off a/c to mount element with 4 screws. Second mount control box in place of the one there. And then swap thermostat for this one with heat button..
