Comes with cover, safety cables, umbilical cord wire from rv to towed car and a complete brand new install kit for your car not pictured the drop hitch shown in picture is not included and may not even be needed for your application, they also come in different height drops for each application. The only thing you would need is a baseplate for your car. This has the adapters for the Blue Ox brand included but they have them available for Roadmaster or Demco as well. In excellent condition, not used much. My current toad car is not flat towable so I had to buy a tow dolly. This is a complete kit minus baseplate.
