2019 Riverstone 38re Dishwasher

Good morning ya'll!

I have a problem. I have a 2019 Riverstone 38re. Had it about 6 months. It has the Fischer Paykal dishwasher in it. We have used it numerous times, no problems. My wife called me this morning and said it is "dead". No power whatsoever. I'm at work, so I cannot troubleshoot it. She tried several things, such as, looking to see if any breakers are tripped, blown fuses, tripped gfci, etc... Nothing. Actually, there are not any breakers/fuses labeled for the dishwasher in the panel. The only GFCI plug she found was in the bathroom. Does anyone out there have an ideas? I now it's not "life or death", but I was trying to get an idea so I can tell the service manager at my dealership or fix it myself if it's something simple.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!

Kind Regards,
Teddy

The breaker for the dishwasher is marked 'General', have your wife try to reset it. The same breaker also powers the outlet over the counter under the china cabinet with the glass doors. Another possibility is the plug for the dishwasher may have worked it's way out of the receptacle, I have never looked but I assume it's located under the sink.

Cypressloser,
Cannot find where the dishwasher gets it's power from. It is not under the sink. It does not appear to be plugged in, but possibly "hardwired". All breakers and fuses are good. Everything else works in the trailer but the dishwasher. It has no power whatsoever. I have to bring trailer in to dealer, middle of December. They will replace it then.
Thanks,
Teddy

I admit, it is not very likely that the plug pulled out of the receptacle but when you remove the cutlery drawer you should be able to access it easily, you never know....., when I took the pic below I found the plug was not seated all the way in. Also, it may be a good idea to test the receptacle itself either with a multimeter or something else to make sure it has power. If that's not the problem then definitely take it in and have it replaced under warranty.

Cypressloser,
Thanks so much for the information! It did come unplugged. I removed the drawer and there it was! I secured it so that it hopefully won't do that again.
Thanks again!

Hmm, that was only a wild guess but I'm glad it panned out.

I love happy endings. What a shame it would have been to drag it all the way to the dealer and then turn around pick it up when nothing was wrong in the first place.

You're right lcv800! However, I still have to bring it to the dealer for other work. This will be the third time since I've bought it! We love the trailer but we have had issues with every "major" system/part of it! From the theater seating(three times), satellite system (twice), water heater, a/c and ducting, converter, level up system, electrical issues (lights not wired), OneControl touchscreen, bathroom fan, Dyson vacuum cleaner, bathroom mirror, dining table etc... And this trailer was ordered!
Hopefully I've about run the gamut of issues!

Boy, I hope you've run the full course on repairs. I've read every Legacy post on this forum, and I think you have the longest punch list. We're month 2 into our 5 month stay in or new 38MB, which we picked up a week before we left. Had one major issue with a bad relay (no slides) which once diagnosed was an easy repair. The other things on our cumulative punch are very minor such as drawers binding, weak shock on bed lift, etc. Hope you're finished.
