Dish Receiver Locations

I recently ordered a 2020 39FKTH with the King Tailgater One-Pro Roof Mounted Satellite and two Dish receivers.


The space beneath the living room TV does not appear deep enough to house the Dish receiver.



Did anyone else order this option on their rig and if so, where did the factory install the receiver?

Congrats on the new FKTH.

Here's a 2019 39FK video. Take a look at 9:00 minutes into it. It appears that it's about 12" deep (my guess as best I can tell). I'm sure they use the same compartment box for both RVs.

UPDATE: @Mr Mango. I picked up my 39FK today. That compartment is only about 6” deep. It most definitely will NOT house a satellite receiver.

While I'm still a few weeks out from receiving our 39FKTH, I have been told that they mount the receivers behind the TV. I'll have much more to report once it is delivered.

If you upgrade your main receiver to the Hopper, the secondary receiver, called a "Joey" is much smaller and may very well fit. I have it at home, and will upgrade the RV soon. There was some question as to the suitability of the Hopper for RV use (verified okay with Traveler dish), but I think it's because of the hard drive. If used when stationary, it should be okay I would think.
