Factory Warranty Work

What is the name of the dealership that the Riverstone factory uses in Shipshewana? Also is there any special procedure I need to follow with them as opposed to using my dealership where I purchased (i.e. arranging thru Riverstone Warranty, etc.)? I am heading home back north to Chicago next week after 6 months and have a few items on my punch list that need to be addressed under warranty (nothing major). Thanks,

This is the busiest time of the year in the rv industry. Good luck.

My dealer is backed up 3 months for a warranty inspection. Work will be done two months after that.

It would have to have been a pretty awful repair to face that baloney for me.

The DW and I are handy. Took a no stress week of vacation to do projects. All is good now.

Rusty your probably thinking of Shipweanna RV near the flea market, get in touch with Jeff has that who has handled ours with them. Their service man at the dealer has changed but hopefully won't affect their dealing with River Stone. We will be out there over the Easter break so if your stopping there give me a call.

I would also suggest you contact Riverstone Warranty first, but they send many of the warranty repair units over to the Shipshewana RV Center.

Service Manager: Chad

Chad and his crew are very good at what they do, and see all brands of RVs from DRV Suites, Luxe, to travel trailers to motorhomes, and see common problems with many of the vendor equipment and are familiar with how to repair/replace. Last time I was there they replaced the leaking Lippert bedroom slide ram, which they had done on about 20 units before mine. They have a "rain bay" which found my leak around a window. Plus, I like the fact that they are minutes away from most of the manufacturing and vendors. so there is no downtime from shipping.

BTW, they are planning on installing a shower house later this season.

Chad left a couple of months ago the new person who took his spot is Ryan, and I believe Kaylee is the young lady that handles the paperwork on things, they are still adapting to their new roles but so far the dealing I have had with them is positive.

I would give the dealer a call they might be able to fit you in plus when Chad was there he contacted Jeff about repairs on ours let's hope Ryan has the same luck. Can't hurt to try.
