Living Room Climate Zone 3 A/C not working

Speaking of gremlins.....

My #3 A/C (living room) is not working. It has power, the fan will run, but the compressor will not kick on. I've cycled the breaker to it, I've also cycled the Main breakers, and also reset the OneControl panel.

Also tried it using the OneControl app on my Android device; same results.

We're heading down to FL on Thursday, so I'll probably have it looked at once I get there.

Anybody have any ideas?

It could be the capacitor since it has power. Those capacitors are usually dual value units, but it's common for one side to go out and the other be good.

What is the make and model of the A/C?

Sorry for not getting back sooner. It’s a Dometic 641916CXX1J0. I’m also seeing an intermittent problem with the BR unit which is 651916CXX1J0. It’s 88 degrees down here today. I’ve got the dealer and Dometic both trying to find a tech to come out.

Both of those are 15,000 btu Penguin A/C's.

Hopefully they'll get somebody to look at it and get it fixed for you.

It looks like the control board on the unit is bad. They’ve ordered the part and it should be in next week.
