What to see and do on our trip to Riverstone Factory

We will be traveling to the Riverstone factory in Millersburg, IN sometime in late September. (VERY early October at the latest.) The entire round trip from Upstate New York will be 1-2 weeks in length.

What would you recommend we try to see and do during the trip. We are a retired couple with varied interests including RVs (!), performance cars and boats, motor sports, antiques, nice camp grounds/resorts, fine dining, etc etc etc! We are not adverse to extending the trip's distance beyond Millersburg, IN.

We will be towing our 38' Riverstone 5th wheel with a F-450 long bed crew cab.

You’ll be about 43 miles from the Auburn, Cord and Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana.

BINGO! Thank you for the info.

Too many leads like this and we'll be extending the trip!

Also don't forget the RV Museum in Elkhart. Note that by the time your trip arrives the factory will have moved to the new location in Topeka In. a few miles from the current location. What campground will you be staying at?

The RV Museum is another "must see". Thank you for the suggestion.

I need to check with the factory now that our trip has been delayed for medical reasons. The previous plan was to stay at the old factory location at night so they could access the fiver during working hours.

IND

There is also another great antique auto museum in Portage, IN. In the Middlebury area there are quite a few Quilt gardens which emulate patch designs for quilts. Might be done by October but worth seeing.
Enjoy your trip

Thank you.

Before asking, I did a search on "antique auto museum in Portage, IN" and didn't see what I thought you were recommending.

Studebaker Museum

Studebaker Museum is in South Bend, where they were built.

Maybe Indianapolis to see the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum where they run the "500" each year.
