Cool Where's the light switch/filters ???

We just traded our 2010 Tiffin Phaeton diesel motorhome for a 2020 Forest River Riverstone 39 RKFB. We had the Phaeton in 45 states & 6 Canadian Provinces, and did a lot of our own maintenance & upgrades, so we don't think we're "rookies". However, neither we, or our FR dealer, can figure out where a particular light switch is for the front cap lights. The documentation included with the new 5ver is almost non-existent and the FR online manuals don't help either. On the front cap of the 5th wheel there are 2 vertical LED strips as well as a light right above the pin box. No one can find the switch to turn these lights on,.... including our dealer we bought it from. (Although the dealership is a FR dealer, I think this is the first Riverstone he's sold). There is no identified digital icon on the LCI control pad under "lighting" that would indicate an on/off for these front cap lights / pin box light. Any help is appreciated.

Not a switch in the basement right above the controller for the levelers (driver's side front wall)?

On our 2016 Silverback, the switch is in the driver side basement on the wall adjacent to the handles for the grey and black tank valves. It is mounted fairly high on the wall so it is not very obvious. Frankly I don’t think I have ever used ours.

Where's the Switches - UPDATE

THANKS for the replies. Found the switches. As one of the responses, the locations are not very obvious and not labeled. On our 2020 39RKFB, the switch for the pin box light is indeed in the wet bay compartment on the Driver's side where the water controls are. It' located up high on the front wall. The switch for the LED light strips on the front cap is located in the large front cargo area on the back wall passenger side, mounted up high toward the ceiling. Again, not very obvious. THANKS AGAIN for the suggestions and advice.

Now,... if I can just find where the water filters are located! Perhaps behind the screwed shut sliding panels in the cargo area??????

I have a different make/model but that is exactly where mine is.
Remove screws and panels for access. I removed my filter and use it outside.

There is not a water filter on the River Stone, only in the fridge ( at least on ours )

Angry No water filter on a Riverstone????? REALLY ????

Can this really be true? No water filter on a 2020 Riverstone that retails over $150K????? I've removed ever panel I can find and can not find any water filters connected to any water lines (inlets or outlets or in-line). And,.... our Samsung residential refrigerator doesn't have any water filter cartridge on it either. What am I missing???? I can certainly purchase & install aftermarket water filters,.... but, this is unbelievable. Our Tiffin Phaeton motorhome had 2 OEM water filters and I've seen cheap travel trailers with factory water filters.

You're better off without the filters built-in, buy external filters systems and a softener if needed.

None on the 2019's either. I also prefer externals. Had internals on my last toy hauler. Kind of hard to reach to change and tendency to drip sometimes?
Rusty
PS Greg, I think the Phaeton is a beautiful unit.

I was told they do not install any because most buyers want to install their choice of filters or system. Our Cedar Creek had one and was surprised our River Stone did not

This is what I have for my filter system. I also stick one of those little Camco filters at the spigot in front of these. I would prefer NOT to have one supplied with the RV.
