Nobo 10.6 issue

Hey everyone. I have a 2019 nobo 10.6. over New year's I had it out during a rain storm. I'm the middle of the night the air conditioning unit topped working. Got up in the morning and it turns out the AC unit and the outlets don't work. I looked at fuses and they're all good. I hit the gcfi button inside the trailer and reset it and still no help. Called Forest River and they claim it's a bad cable. However, replaced the cable and that's not the issue. Any idea what the problem could be BEFORE I give my local RV maintenance shop more if my money? Thanks!!

Welcome to the the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I would suggest you follow some basic trouble shooting steps.
1. without your cord plugged into ate electrical source verify the source of power is good with a multimeter.
2. If the source is good plug in your cord and test for power at the end of the cord.
3. check the circuit for the main power inside the rig for proper setting (not tripped)
4. Check all the circuit breakers (not fuses) for proper setting (not tripped)
5.. With the cord plugged into shore power and the rig test for power at the converter (maybe the shore power connection has gone bad)

I'm wondering how you got the GFI to reset without power being available. Good luck let the forum know what you find may be something really simple.
