Roof leaking

It is pouring here in WI. We are loading the NoBo for a 4 day trip. Upon entering the camper we discovered the floor in front of the refrigerator is wet -- pooled water. Apparently the rain is getting through the roof or refrigerator vent and dripping into the refrigerator compartment (not inside the refrigerator itself).

Has anyone had this problem? We have new caulk above and are puzzled by how the water is gaining entrance.

Regardless of where this particular leak is originating, put Eternabond tape on all seams on the roof. I did mine (see video below) and sleep well at night not worrying about those seams. I do worry about every other hole through the body, but not these seams.
