'16 Salem 26TBUD issues

Hi all, new guy here and I wish my first post wasn't going this way but here it goes.... So mid august we purchased a new 16 Salem 26tbud. Our first trip went ok. Hooked the water up and found a small leak coming from the filter bowl on the pump and found some other small fit/finish issues but no big deal. Our second trip the run off from the ac was going in the drip edge then leaking threw a seam in it and dripping right onto the front bedroom window and for some reason I have yet to figure out running over the edge and dripping onto the back window as well. Called the dealer they said not to touch it just bring it in and they would take care of it but couldn't get it in until the Thursday after our next trip. So on our third trip we wake up Saturday morning to a wet floor in the front bed room and if I push up on the insulation under the trailer I can feel water in it. Called the dealer back they told me to bring it right in Sunday and they would get on it first thing Monday. I got it back Friday didn't really get look at it much since I had twisted my back up at work and had other stuff going on but it looks like they took care of the little stuff. Now my problem is the insulation underneath still feels full of water right now. I'm thinking this is really really bad. Am I overreacting? Should I call the dealer back Monday or just call FR? With the water damage I'm imaging about the only thing I think would make me a happy camper would be a replacement trailer.

Put a dehumidifier on it for a week, close all doors and windows.
