1st Trip ever report

Greetings all,

My wife and I purchased our first TT, a Salem cruise lite 185RB. We were going to opt for a hardside A frame pop-up but fell upon this model used supposedly twice and a 2013 mfg date. It was a few k cheaper than the pop up was new, and included a full bathroom.

I must say that we are very happy with this tiny TT. We bought it specifically so we wouldn't have to haul others with us camping. ( a bit selfish I know )

We went to Manatee Hammock campground last weekend and stayed 3 days over memorial day. Had a blast. Nothing went wrong and we enjoyed the park and people very much. The air conditioner almost froze us out even though it was a record heat weekend for Florida on the coast.

I replaced one regular bulb with a flat panel multi LED and that one LED light lit up the entire inside better than the 4 double bulb fixtures do.

I'm very happy and so is the wife with this 'lil Kampuh .

Alone time is always good. I'm gonna feel guilty taking my new TT out all by myself on a weekend trip this fall when the wife and 3 kids stay home. Check that...I won't feel guilty.

Youroo,

Yeah we intentionally pulled in forward as our bro in law and wife also just purchased their own camper and we were next to each other and wanted the campers "porches" facing each other.

What fun
