2012 Salem 27 RKSS

Hello everybody, we just took the new TT out for the first time, and one thing we have notices is, when the slider is out, or in, it leans to the slider side. Has anybody else seen this issue, I would think if it's something out of the norm, it would be covered under warrant. It's only a month old, just wanted to get some feedback. Thanks ppl.

Thank you for the responds, it's 1 1/2" when the slider is out, and 3/4 of a inch going down the road. :-(

We have the same model in 2011. Having problems with axle. Would you be able to look at the sticker on the axle & see what rating is written on it. Our axle is bowed down towards the road.

Your trailer will have a Gross Vehicle Rating for loaded weight if not overloaded take it back to dealer ASAP as this considered a safety hazard

Looks like it is a manufacturing defect. The axle was mounted upside down. Also the axle capacity is only 3500 lb each, and the dry weight of the trailer is 6200 lb., so instead of turning the axle up right we are going to put 5000 lb each axles back on.
Coolsteel: What is the axle capacity of your trailer, it should be written on the axle.

I find it hard to believe Axle is upside down, if so both axles would have to be upside, take trailer to a dealer (Truck Trailer) have them look at your axles Before you do anything else. Truck n Trailer is their business(Professional Help) is always best
