2013 195bh factory axle installation error

So there is a new update on my '13 WW and it's axle.
We wound up taking it in this morning to a well known and reputable axle repair shop locally to have the issue diagnosed. It turns out the axle was installed upside down, so the camber of our wheels are completely off. The shop owner pointed out that the sticker for the axle must have been put on in the factory in error and then installed based off the direction on the sticker. On the passenger side of the trailer the springs are almost flush with the base of the trailer and have been banging against it.
I have reached out to Camping World where we purchased it. They informed me that since it is over 12 months since we purchased the trailer they cannot do anything. I have a message into Forrest River as well. Am attaching pictures taken this morning. Click image for larger version

Has anyone had issues with this and had to deal with Forrest River?

Did you purchase your 2013 WW 195BH from Camping World used or new?

Reason for my question is trailer axles can be flipped to provide better ground clearance. If you bought it used, the former owner may have flipped the axle and when Camping World sold it to you they might have been unaware the axle was flipped or did not disclose it to you during your purchase.

If you bought it new, then maybe you have an issue with FR. Your trailer is now 3-4 years old so FR's pushback may be that its out of warranty.

This does not answer your question below, but hopefully someone with a similar axle issue and contact with FR can chime in.

We bought the trailer new. But just now noticed uneven wear on one tire. So far nothing back from FR. CampingWorld said it isn't their problem but I still think they should have noticed it when their Tech did the walk thru. More to come and possible a small claims court lawsuit!
